Was it weird that having different parts on her base form this weekend had actually improved Raven's mood? She'd missed her last two shifts -- being unwilling to leave the apartment even for her shift -- but now she was back, actually out in public. Ish. Dante came into the store both late and frazzled.

He didn't grab a guitar; he just put something loud on the stereo and sank into his seat, staring up at the ceiling.

Jesus, Vergil.

Dante had to go to work.

He didn't really want to. Still no word from Vergil, and he was going past restless into something else.

So his time at the store mostly involved walking around, tinkering with guitars, and shelving and reshelving CDs.

Occasionally a muttered expletive could be heard.
